Shipping Policy

LightFixtureWholesaler.com strives to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We ship via FedEx in most cases, but reserve the right to use an alternative courier if necessary. LightFixtureWholesaler.com cannot accommodate alternative couriers by request, and does not ship under customer courier accounts.

Processing Time

Most orders process and ship within 2 business days. We make every effort to process an order the same or next day it is placed, but will allow up to 5 business days processing time if necessary. Should an order take longer than this to process, such as in the case of a backordered product, we will contact you after this time to inform you of the expected fulfilment date or arrange a substitute. Orders placed after 1:00pm Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays do not process until the following business day. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing its tracking number. Sometimes these notifications are blocked or sent to junk/spam folders. Tracking numbers are updated in your LightFixtureWholesaler.com account the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Transit Time

Most orders require 2 – 5 business days for delivery. LightFixtureWholesaler.com is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by hazardous weather, incomplete address information, or for an order delayed because a receiver is not present to accept it. 

Orders ship for free to all locations within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska use a real-time courier rate that varies with order size and delivery location. We do not ship internationally or to other US territories such as Puerto Rico. 

We also offer real-time courier rates in most cases, whereas this rate may be a less expensive option for you or guarantee a faster delivery time. Please note that orders with expedited shipping still require a standard processing time and may not ship immediately.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders

In the event an item you purchase is out-of-stock, your order may be held up to 5 business days from the date of processing to allow it to ship in full. If an order cannot be shipped in full within this time, you will be notified by Customer Service how long a backorder is expected to last, and will be recommended substitutes if possible.

Returns Policy

Do to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We ask you do not purchase products from LightFixtureWholesaler.com with the expectation to return them later. We only provide returns and refunds in the case of defective products, or those damaged in transit.

Refunds

Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card or account used to make the purchase. If that card is no longer available for any reason, we will issue store credit, meaning you can use the refund amount to purchase other items from LightFixtureWholesaler.com.

If the returned item was damaged in transit, you must note this on the carrier’s delivery ticket and report it to Customer Service within two business days of receipt.

Refunds are issued once returned products are received, inspected, and determined to be in working condition. We allow up to 48 business hours for the refund to issue. 

Return Packing

You must pack the item in a manner adequate to ensure its safe return. You must use the original manufacturer’s packing, plus outer protection that complies with carrier standards (most often a second outer carton).
